This Logo and Visual identity Design Package includes:
• 3 custom-designed, simple and meaningful logo concepts
• Presentations of the initial logo concepts including realistic mockups
• A flexible number of revisions on the selected concept within a 5-day timeframe
• 5 brand collateral designs of the client's choice: business cards, letterhead, social media covers, merchandise.
• A Brand Guide - a brand book in PDF format, including details on typography, color palette, logo usage guidelines and collateral designs
• Final logo files in various standard formats

Process

1. Discovery & Brand Insight
Before diving into design, I start by understanding the brand—its purpose, values, audience, and goals. Whether you already have a detailed brief, some reference images, or just an idea, you're welcome to share them. If not, I provide a tailored questionnaire to guide us through the key elements needed to define your brand identity.
2. Logo Concept Development
Once I have a clear understanding of the project scope, I begin creating the initial logo concepts. This process typically takes about 10 working days.
3. Feedback
After taking your time to review the initial concepts, you're welcome to share the feedback. Things like likes, dislikes, or any other suggestions are helpful in the refinement of your favourite concept.
4. Review and delivery
Based on the received feedback, I start working on any necessary revisions of the chosen concept. This stage usually takes around 2-5 working days.
Once the final design concept is chosen and approved, I will deliver the final logo files within a 2-day time frame.
5. Brand Collateral Development
After the logo design stage is concluded, I start developing the brand collateral designs. This stage usually takes around one week.
6. Final delivery
Based on the received feedback, I start working on any necessary revisions. This stage usually takes around 2 working days.
Once approved, all collateral designs will be included in the Brand Guide and I will deliver the final files within two working days.
Terms & Conditions
The 5-day revisions time frame is available for one selected logo concept.
Requests for additional new concepts may incur extra costs.
Ownership of the unused logo concepts will remain with the designer.
By agreeing with this service, the designer retains the rights to showcase the logo in their portfolio, exhibits, or other media (eg. online, posters, books, etc) as the creator of the design, unless otherwise agreed.
The client agrees that if the project is terminated for any reason other than the designer’s failure to meet the agreed-upon terms, no refunds will be issued, no files will be transferred and ownership rights to the work will remain with the designer.
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to begin the project. The remaining 50% will be due upon final approval, after which the final files will be delivered within the 2-days time frame.
