🔍 Phase 1: Envision (2-4 weeks before project start date)
In this phase, you'll be onboarded to your personal project hub hosted in Notion, spend time reconnecting to your deeper “why”, and defining the purpose, vision, and legacy your brand is meant to represent.
💭 We’ll uncover your story, clarify your goals, and explore the heart of your brand to build a solid foundation.
🔶 Phase 2: Align (1 day)
In this phase, we'll use your vision for your brand to intentionally build a creative direction that visually showcases your story, values, and purpose in a way that attracts and resonates with your dream clients.

🎨 Phase 3: Design (~7 days)
In this phase, we'll translate your strategy into a visual identity that reflects your brand’s essence and communicates your vision clearly.

  • What do I need to have before I book?

    You don’t need a polished brand or a perfect idea. You just need a vision, a willingness to grow, and a desire to build a brand that truly aligns with you.

  • How involved will I be in the process?

    This is a collaborative experience. You’ll complete a workbook, join 2+ strategy calls, and provide feedback at key points. Your insight is essential as I'm building this with you, not just for you. That said, I’ll bring my branding expertise, strategic direction, and creative eye to guide the process and ensure we build a brand that’s not only beautiful but also intentional and impactful.

  • How will we communicate?

    Our main communication methods will be Contra, and Google Meet (voice or video calls based on your preference). This ensures we can communicate easily and in a timely manner.

  • What files types will I receive?

    To ensure that you can use your brand assets across all platforms, whether physical or digital, you will receive ai, svg, jpg, png, and pdf versions of your files.

  • Is font/image licensing included?

    Font and image licensing is not included in this service. At the end of the project, you will receive links to any fonts and images used for your brand so that you can purchase the licensing for it.

  • Do you offer a payment plan?

    All Legacy by Design projects will operate on a phase-based (milestone) payment plan. This service is typically split into 4 milestones that are due before the start of each phase.
