If you have other specific design needs, just let me know.

• What happens if I don’t use all my hours?

  While unused hours don’t roll over, I always ensure that you get the most out of your monthly package. I can prioritise tasks and plan ahead to make sure your design needs are met efficiently and effectively within the allocated time and can fill unused hours with social posts or brand work.

• What if I need more hours?

  If your needs are growing, we can discuss upgrading to a higher-tier package that better suits your requirements or billing separately for the hours needed.

• Can I sign up for long term support?

  Yes absolutely, you can pay monthly and keep things going long term for as long as needed, just like hiring a designer in-house without the additional commitment and long term cost?

• Can you help with one-off projects?

  Absolutely! While our packages are designed for ongoing support, we also offer one-off project services. Whether it’s a rebrand, website redesign, or specific design projects.

• Do you work with agencies?

  Yes, I have previously worked as a freelancer with many agencies in the past, both remote and in-house. I'm happy to help if you have need of an extra body either short term or long term.
