My suggested 5 step process 🥇

Video call: For me to introduce myself and for me to get to know your business and gain understanding of the business challenges and project goals.

Project Proposal: The project scope and deliverables will be defined and the proposed timeline of completion

Kick off Meeting: Official start of the project and get all stakeholders on the same page.

Project Execution: Official work of the project until completion of the agreed terms and deliverables. This stage will include regular updates and communication with stakeholders.

Project Turnover: Project will be completed and officially turned over upon acceptance of the deliverables. Project will be closed and final documents will be handed over.
