• Facilitate SCRUM Events

• Remove Impediments

  This involve resolving conflicts, coordinating with external stakeholders, or providing support to team members.

• Agile Coach and Mentor

  I will coach and mentor the team on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies. I can help team members understand and embrace Agile concepts such as self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivering value iteratively.

• Monitor and Track Progress

  I will monitor the team's progress towards Sprint goals and project objectives. This involves tracking metrics, updating Agile artifacts such as the Sprint backlog and Burn-down chart, and providing visibility into the project's status.
