Strategy and Execution
• Identify social, marketing, and technology trends and insights to keep the Client’s digital strategy and marketing effectiveness in the brilliant category • Plan, develop and implement digital media campaigns aligned with business goals • Support the Client’s team in developing and implementing growth strategies across all digital channels • Allocate the marketing budget in consultation with Managing Director
Content Creation and Campaign Management
• Capture and produce content from any events we run and share with our online communities • Work closely with the Designer on the look and feel briefing and directing the creation of digital campaign elements and assets. • Shape digital content strategy and keep website content up-to-date and SEO-groomed. • Write and produce effective content to a high standard that meets marketing objectives (social content, competitions, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and short videos)
Analysis, tracking and reporting
• Monitor marketing ROI and KPIs. • Track and report weekly on the performance of digital strategy and activity with an eye to continuous improvement. • Extract insights from analytics data that help the company better understand its customers, and inform business and marketing decisions.
Social media and marketing platforms
• Manage the Client's Social Media presence on all platforms • Manage email marketing - including automated workflows and list management, creation and distribution of newsletters, and associated content. • Manage Client Marketing Automation tools
Support for Inbound Sales and Customer Experience
• Liaise with sales and product roles to ensure brand consistency. • Support sales to drive new qualified leads. • Field inbound inquiries and support new customers in their decision and onboarding journey. • Support customer success and retention activities, working closely with Operations and Partnership Manager on campaign elements and content.
Representing Client
• Be confident and proficient in describing Client’s value proposition, values and mission in one-to-one meetings and public forums. • Actively seek out and engage with potential channel partners in a marketing capacity, including but not limited to the sustainability and hospitality industries, community organisations, government and local government interest groups. • Contribute to the development and iteration of presentation decks with the co-founders and management team for improved and wider reach. • Assist the Managing Director with other activities that grow brand awareness, customer and end-user demand for Client’s system
