Message me about your existing slides. I clean up to 10 slides you name in your PowerPoint deck: alignment, spacing, fonts, sizes and colours, with your final text and images applied. You get back the .pptx, with its supported native text, shapes, tables and charts still editable, plus a static PDF preview. The rest of your deck stays as it is.
How the work is done: I use my own scripts with OpenAI's Codex and Anthropic's Claude to handle the project, process the files you send, and produce and review the work. I'll ask whether you're comfortable with that before you send any files.
What you send (once you've said yes)
Your deck as a .pptx (a Keynote or Google Slides export is fine), up to 50 MB, with no password or macros
The slides to clean up (up to 10), with your final text or a list of corrections
Any images or logo to place, your confirmation that you can use them, and your brand colours
What you get
The .pptx with those slides cleaned up: aligned and evenly spaced, consistent type and colour, your text applied exactly, your images placed without stretching, and native tables, charts and simple diagrams restyled with their data unchanged. Supported native text, shapes, tables and charts stay editable.
A static PDF preview made with LibreOffice
A change note for each slide, with any questions for you
One consolidated revision
Limits: at most 3 of the 10 slides with a table, chart or diagram. Fonts: the preview is reliable for Arial, Calibri, Cambria, Times New Roman, Georgia, Verdana, Tahoma, Trebuchet MS and Helvetica Neue. For Aptos (Microsoft 365's default), Segoe UI or a brand font, we agree a switch first, or the deck doesn't fit this package. Your template, SmartArt, newer chart types, embedded objects, media and animations are preserved without being edited, with no assurance that their behaviour survives. If my check of your deck can't support preserving them, I'll say so and decline before any payment.
Not included: writing or shortening text; new slides or visuals; image editing; rebuilding charts from pictures, or any data work; changing the slide size; speaker notes; .ppt, .key, PDF files or Slides links; medical, legal or financial claims.
How it works, all in writing: message me first, without attachments. I explain how the work is done and, once you agree, check your deck and confirm the scope. I send a fixed-price project and start when it's funded on Contra. You get a first version, send your changes in one message, and get the final files. No calls needed.
Price and timing: $125 fixed within these limits. Once the scope is confirmed, your file is usable and the project is funded, I aim to send the first version within about 3 working days and the final files within about 2 working days of your changes. Anything outside the limits is quoted before work starts.
How I check: in static PDF renders made with LibreOffice. Calibri and Cambria are rendered with metric-compatible stand-ins, so layout can differ in other apps, and how the file opens and looks in native PowerPoint is unverified. You review the files as normal acceptance; fixing anything from my production is my job, at no charge.
Proof: two fictional sample decks I made from scratch (not client work; the figures are illustrative).
