What platforms do you manage?
We primarily manage Facebook and Instagram. If you need additional platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), we can discuss custom packages.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! This is a month-to-month retainer with no long-term contract. We just ask for 30 days' notice so we can wrap up any scheduled content.
What if I don't like the content you create?
You get up to 2 rounds of revisions per batch to ensure you love what goes out. We don't post anything without your approval first.
Do I own the content you create for me?
100%. All graphics, captions, and content created for your business belong to you. You can use them however you'd like, even after our partnership ends.
What if I need more (or fewer) posts per month?
We can customize! Our standard package includes 12 posts/month, but we offer add-ons for additional content or can adjust your plan to fit your needs.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see increased engagement within 30 days and measurable business impact (calls, inquiries) within 90 days. Social media is a long game, but consistency wins.
What happens if I am slow to provide feedback?
No problem! We build buffer time into our process. Just know that delays on approvals may push back posting dates, so we encourage timely reviews to stay on schedule.
