You provide the written content and any existing photos you want to use. We'll optimize and format everything to look great. If you need professional copywriting or photography, we can discuss add-on services or local referrals.
What platform will my website be built on?
We typically build on WIX Studio, depending on your needs and technical comfort level. It is industry-standard, secure, and give you full ownership and control.
Will I be able to update the website myself after it's done?
Absolutely! We include training and a step-by-step guide so you can make basic updates (text, images, blog posts) without needing to hire a developer. For major changes, you can always hire us or another developer.
What if I need more pages added later?
No problem! After the initial build, we can add additional pages for $200-$400 per page depending on complexity, or you can add them yourself using the training we provide.
Is hosting included in the price?
Hosting is separate and typically runs $15-$50/month depending on your provider. We'll help you choose and set up the best hosting for your needs, but you'll pay the hosting company directly so you maintain full control.
What happens if something breaks after the 30-day support period?
We offer ongoing maintenance packages starting at $150/month, or you can reach out for one-off fixes as needed. Most clients don't experience issues, but we're always here if you need us.
How long does the whole process take?
Most websites are completed in 4-6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Timeline depends on how quickly you provide feedback and content. Rush projects can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Do you offer e-commerce/online store capabilities?
Yes! E-commerce sites require additional functionality and are priced separately starting at $5,500. Let us know if you need to sell products online and we'll customize a quote.
What if I don't like the design?
We work through multiple revision rounds specifically to prevent this. You approve the direction before we move forward at each stage.
