Built your mobile MVP but need help getting it production-ready and successfully launched on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store?
I help startups take already-developed mobile applications through the final stages of QA, production configuration, release builds, app signing, store preparation, submission, and launch support.
Whether your MVP was built with Flutter or another mobile stack, I can review the application, resolve launch blockers, configure production environments, prepare store-ready builds, and guide the product through the release process.
My focus is making sure your app isn't just technically complete—it is stable, correctly configured, store-ready, and prepared for real users.

What's included

Pre-Launch App Review Review the existing application, core user flows, configuration, integrations, permissions, and known issues before preparing the production release.
Final QA & Launch Readiness Test important user journeys, authentication, APIs, payments, navigation, error states, permissions, notifications, and production behavior to identify launch-blocking issues.
Production Environment Configuration Configure production API endpoints, Firebase or Supabase environments, environment variables, API keys, application identifiers, permissions, and other release-specific settings.
iOS Production Build & Signing Prepare the iOS release build, certificates, provisioning profiles, bundle configuration, signing, versioning, and production settings required for App Store submission.
Android Production Build & Signing Prepare Android release builds, signing keys, package configuration, versioning, production settings, and App Bundle files for Google Play.
App Store & Google Play Preparation Help prepare the technical requirements needed for Apple App Store and Google Play submission, including app configuration, permissions, privacy-related settings, screenshots/assets provided by you, and store information.
App Submission Support Support submission through App Store Connect and Google Play Console and help resolve technical issues that may appear during the review process.
Release Issue Resolution Fix reasonable deployment-related issues, build errors, configuration problems, signing errors, permission problems, or store-review technical blockers within the agreed scope.
Production Launch Support Perform final checks after approval and help ensure the production application is available and functioning correctly for users.
