Yes. You can increase or decrease your monthly hours if your workload changes.
Unused hours don’t roll over, so it’s best to send requests consistently throughout the month.
If I am not at capacity, I’ll keep designing and invoice the additional time at the agreed hourly rate.
I recommend at least a 3-month commitment to see results, but month-to-month options are available for flexibility.
