Design needs come up constantly, and a retainer makes them easy to manage. From social posts and marketing collateral to merch designs and custom illustrations, I’ll provide ongoing creative support that keeps your brand looking polished and professional.

Process

How it works:

Inquiry – Reach out to let me know you’re interested in a retainer and share your design needs.

Discovery Call – We’ll meet to review your goals, brand guidelines, and recurring design priorities so I can recommend the right amount of hours and approach.

Select Your Hours – Choose the number of hours that fit your monthly needs (10, 15, or 20).

Agreement – I’ll send a simple contract outlining services, rates, and terms so we’re aligned from the start.

Kickoff – Once the first month’s payment is complete, I’ll start designing and delivering projects as requests come in.

Ongoing Support – You’ll receive consistent design support every month, with transparent time tracking and regular updates. Any overages are billed separately.

Wrap-Up or Renewal – Need to pause or stop? Just give two weeks’ notice, and we’ll close out any active work together.

What is a design retainer?
It’s an ongoing partnership where you reserve a set number of design hours each month. I’ll handle whatever you need during that time.
Can I adjust my hours?
Yes. You can increase or decrease your monthly hours if your workload changes.
What if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours don’t roll over, so it’s best to send requests consistently throughout the month.
What if I need more work than my hours cover?
If I am not at capacity, I’ll keep designing and invoice the additional time at the agreed hourly rate.
Is there a long-term contract?
I recommend at least a 3-month commitment to see results, but month-to-month options are available for flexibility.
