FAQs
What do I need to provide before we start?
To get started, I’ll need some basic information about your business, such as your target audience, competitors, and any ideas or preferences you might have. A simple brief will help us create a design that fits your needs perfectly.
How long does the process take?
The Ultra Fast Track package is designed for speed. Typically, the process takes 1-2 weeks from the initial brief to the final delivery, depending on how quickly we complete the feedback session.
What if I need more than one revision?
To keep the Ultra Fast Track package affordable, only one round of revisions is included. If you need further adjustments, I’m happy to continue working with you! You can simply book a new spot, and we’ll pick up where we left off to further refine your brand identity.
Can I upgrade this package in the future?
Absolutely! The Ultra Fast Track package is a great starting point, and when your business is ready for a more comprehensive brand design, we can work together to further develop and refine your identity.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of the design work, refunds aren’t offered once the project begins. However, I’ll make sure we’re aligned on expectations from the start to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result.
What's included
Kick-Off planning call
Let’s get this straight: I go big on trust. That's why, before diving into any new project, I’d like to have a quick chat. During this initial chat, I’m all ears as you spill the beans on your project scope and goals. I’m here to listen, ask questions, and basically hash out everything.
One Feedback session
This is your dedicated opportunity to review the initial design concepts and provide your input. During this session, we’ll walk through the designs together, discuss your thoughts, and make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback. It ensures we align the final result with your vision, keeping the process efficient and on track.
Multiple file formats
Once the design is finalized, you'll receive your brand assets in a variety of file formats to ensure flexibility across all platforms and uses. These formats may include high-resolution files for print (such as PDF or EPS) and web-optimized versions (such as PNG, JPEG, or SVG), ensuring your brand looks sharp and professional everywhere.
