Messy supplier exports can repeat entire rows, use inconsistent categories or show conflicting prices for one SKU. I apply the cleanup rules we agree on and return a consistent catalog with a clear review queue.
For $75: one non-sensitive UTF-8, comma-separated CSV, up to 1,000 data rows and 15 columns. You receive clean CSV and JSON, unresolved-value and duplicate reports, a source-row map, a quality summary, approved rules and a re-runnable Python script. Every original row is retained, mapped to an exact duplicate or held for review. Conflicting facts are never resolved by guessing.
Send a 10–20-row sample first to confirm structure, the SKU/key field and cleanup rules. Delivery is within 3 calendar days after complete inputs and the funded start are agreed. One consolidated revision within 7 days covers corrections to the agreed rules or your decisions on existing review rows.
This covers file preparation, not store uploads, GS1/UPC verification, fuzzy matching, missing-fact research, scanned PDFs or workbook formulas/macros. Native Excel and store-import behavior are not part of validation. Identifier strings retain leading zeros in the delivered files; import identifier columns as text. Remove customer records, credentials, payment data, health information and data about children before sharing. Confirm that you have permission to share and process the files.
Two matching sources: $115 for up to 2,000 combined rows with the same schema and agreed key, 3 days. Repeat batch: $45 for up to 1,000 rows using the same approved rules, 2 days, with a read-only change report if you provide the previous delivery. Each order is separately scoped; no subscription is required.
The cover is an original fictional demonstration, not client work.
