If I find any defects, I include screenshots and steps to reproduce the issue. I’m comfortable with all major bug-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, Gitscrum, Redmine, GitLab, and Azure. If you’re not using any of these, no worries! I’ll send over an Excel document so nothing gets missed
I’ll be with you every step of the way, from development and UAT all the way to go-live
