2. Budget Planning: Determine the client's budget for materials and construction, and set the designer's budget and timeline (max 10 days).

3. Advance Payment: Secure an advance payment from the client.

4. Regular Updates: Provide updates to the client every 2 days.

5. Design Revisions: Allow up to 4 complete design changes.

6. Final Review: Conduct a final review of all images and designs.

7. Walk-Through Video: Create a final walk-through video (no changes allowed post-creation).

8. Deliverables: Provide the material catalog and other plans as per the client's request.
