Process

Initial Consultation: Discuss project details, including location, site images/videos, project stage, and existing floor plans. Understand client’s design preferences (modern, contemporary, urban, etc.), color and material choices.

Budget Planning: Determine the client’s budget for materials and construction, and set the designer’s budget and timeline (max 10 days).

Advance Payment: Secure an advance payment from the client.

Regular Updates: Provide updates to the client every 2 days.

Design Revisions: Allow up to 4 complete design changes.

Final Review: Conduct a final review of all images and designs.

Walk-Through Video: Create a final walk-through video (no changes allowed post-creation).

Deliverables: Provide the material catalog and other plans as per the client’s request.
