This is when I compile all of the interview questions appropriate for the users and the design problem

After finalising the interview questions, I will create the brief so that the interview session will look similar and standardised.
Raw interview data
I will send out the raw data that I write in every interview session to ensure that you also have access to users' verbatim answers
Affinity Map and/or Empathy Map
After gathering the data, I will organise it into an affinity map and empathy map to ensure that you can also make sense of what the interviews were about.
User Persona
After making sense of the organised data, I will start synthesising it into a persona with their pain points, behaviour, and needs.
Customer Journey Map
Lastly, I will create a customer journey map to help you understand how they can use your product.
