The gig is especially focused on housing projects (whether interiors such as specific spaces for kitchens, halls, etc. As well as exteriors as buildings / complete houses), commercial premises of any category or outdoor spaces and landscaping. To start creating the architectural proposal, I would only need basic information such as your vision or needs in what you are looking for as the final result of the proposal, as well as the use of reference images, sketches or long detailed explanations that will be of great help in understanding the vision you have in mind. I will be attentive to your message.

What is the process after I place an order?
After you place the order and send your requirements, we’ll start working on the preliminary ideas and concept plans. During the process I will be showing/updating you with the progress along the way to make sure we’re on the right track.
How is the price calculated?
The price and time frame for each project will depend on different factors like its typology of the building/space, complexity and size. For that reason I always recommend contacting me first to calculate the best budget based on your needs.
What do you need from me to get started?
When you reach out to discuss your project, please include any sketches, reference files, functional requirements and dimensions, along with a description of your ideas. Providing these things will help notably to get a clear idea of your vision.
What architectural experience do you have?
I am a graduated architect with more than 5 years of experience in the field through the planning and execution of various typologies of projects. I also have a specialization of studies in the area of interior design.
Do you also create 3D exterior/interior modeling and renders?
Yes I do! You can check in my profile and will see the other design services that I can offer.

What's included

Floor Plan Proposals in its visualization/presentation format.
At the time of delivery of the project proposal material, the floor plans of the fully furnished and dimensioned distribution proposal will be delivered in their PDF (or any other preferred format) display/presentation format.
Floor Plan Proposals in its original modificable format
At the time of delivery of the project proposal material, the floor plans of the fully furnished and dimensioned distribution proposal will be delivered in their original modifiable DWG (AutoCAD) format.
Elevation/Façade Plans (Optional)
The elevation/façade plans of the proposal will be delivered fully dimensioned and in detail (of each of its oriented views), in its original modifiable DWG (AutoCAD) and PDF display/presentation format.
Section Plans (Optional)
The section plans of the proposal will be delivered fully dimensioned and in detail (longitudinal and transversal sections views), in its original modifiable DWG (AutoCAD) and PDF display/presentation format.
