Just provide the floor plans (AutoCAD preferably), PDF, a simple sketch or any other file format and I will do the work. Unlimited revisions and delivery of the rendered images with their original/source file attached.

Process

To start with the proposal for the creation of a 3D model/renders, it would only be necessary for you to send me the floor plans of the project (also optionally, elevation plans or details of references or ideas in mind) and in this way I would begin working with the 3D model. Once ready, I would proceed to render the images from various angles and points that cover the complete visualization of the proposal and I would send it to you to know your opinion of the results.

What is the process after I place an order?
After you place the order and send your requirements, I’ll start working on the preliminary ideas and concept plans. During the process I will be showing/updating you with the progress along the way to make sure we’re on the right track, that way you can obtain the the desired final results.

What's included

3D Model Proposal based in your project
At the time of final delivery of the project you will receive the 3D model of the proposal in its original modifiable SKP (SketchUp) format with all the furniture elements and textures.
Render Images
Likewise, the render images will be sent in their PNG display format of each of the spaces and necessary viewing angles that make up the proposed 3D model, fully furnished and textured as indicated.
