To start, I need clear reference photos of your product, any branding assets (like logos or label designs), and a general idea of the vibe you want. If you have an existing 3D Blender model of your product, that speeds up the process! If not, I can model it entirely from scratch.
Standard delivery includes the final high-resolution video files (usually .mp4). All original working files, node setups, and 3D assets (such as .blend files) remain the intellectual property of RRS-Retro Revive Studio and are not included. If your team absolutely needs the source files, a full Source File Buyout is available at 5x the total project cost.
Because 3D rendering is a time-intensive process, I include two (2) rounds of minor revisions during the "viewport/draft" phase before we hit the render button. This ensures we are perfectly aligned on camera angles and movement. Once the final high-quality render has begun, any new structural changes will be billed at an additional hourly rate.
A standard 15-second, high-fidelity 3D product video typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. This allows proper time for modeling, look-development (texturing/lighting), client feedback, and the heavy final rendering process.
I operate on an industry-standard 50/50 structure. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in my studio schedule and begin production. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the final watermarked preview, right before I send over the final, unwatermarked video files.
