Summary

Offering personalized virtual training sessions for individuals looking to improve their fitness and health under the guidance of an experienced personal trainer.

Process

First before I get into the process, the way I do payments for this(right now at least) is that I have you pay me full price, and if I don't solve your problem in the next 90 days(ex. knee pain), I will give your money back.
Now the process:
First: Identify the problem: pain in body, not reaching goals, don't know to do something etc.
Second: Identify habits. Once we have the problem, I will identify the habits you're doing that could possible cause the problem.
Third: Fix the habits & give solutions. Once we have that information, I will give you the necessary program or exercises to implement in your program in order to fix your problem. For example, if you have knee pain while running, I'll give you a 3-5 exercises that will completely eliminate that pain while making sure your running form is good as well.

  • Personal Training Programs Tailored Towards Your Needs

    In this service, I will either give you a program for your goals and needs, or take your current program, revamp it into something that suits your goals and needs. Whether you want to eliminate knee or shoulder pain while still wanting to be an athlete, body builder, or average joe(I don't judge, joe's are cool), I'll help you with that and help reach your goals.

  • Removing any kind of physical pain you may have.

    I specialize in removing physical pain from the body. Whether it's knee, ankle, hip, back, shoulder, elbow, bicep, wrist, neck, pain, I'll help remove it. I've been researching for 4+ years on how to do this and have gotten results(see testimonial) on removing pain for people.

  • 1 on 1 calls & fast replying DM's.

    I will help you by working with you one on one if you so wish. If you want to save time just by having me DM you the solution to your problem, then that is completely ok and we don't even have to talk(great for introverts ik).

  • Form Coaching

    On exercises you aren't sure about your form, or any exercise in that matter, I'll coach your form to make sure you get the maximal gains ;). This way, I can guarantee that you won't get injured, and injure proof your body.
