There's a moment after a raise when everything needs to happen at once. The site needs to change, the positioning needs to sharpen, and the brief needs to exist. If different people on your team would describe what the new site is for in different ways, that's the moment to stop and settle it, before it turns into a half-built site that needs unpicking.
A Clarity Sprint is a two-week website strategy sprint for venture-backed B2B tech companies, from Seed to Series B. It produces one thing: a complete written brief your team can build from, hand to a developer or use to scope a pitch.
Best for
Funded B2B SaaS, fintech and AI teams planning a website rebuild
Founders and marketing leads who need to agree who the site is for and what it has to prove
Teams who want a brief and sitemap before they talk to an agency or developer
What's included
A kick-off call and up to three stakeholder sessions
Market and competitor analysis
Positioning and messaging
Audience and ICP mapping
Information architecture, content structure and page hierarchy
A complete written brief with a sitemap and recommended direction
A handover session that walks you through every decision
How it works
Listen. Kick-off and structured sessions with the people who hold the context: founders, marketing leads, whoever knows the business best. Week one is for understanding.
Scrutinise. Everything from the sessions is run through a structured prioritisation: competitive context, positioning, ICP and architecture. What comes out is a set of decisions your team has agreed on.
Define. By day fourteen you have a complete written brief: positioning, sitemap, content structure and a recommended direction.
Timeline: two weeks, from kick-off to brief.
Price: £3,500 + VAT as a fixed fee. The Contra price is the US dollar equivalent.
