Process

Note that this is a general outlook of the process, but it will always be tailored to your specific needs and the scope of the release Sprint process:
Project Kickoff & Research (Day 1): ✔︎ Initial meeting to understand project goals, target audience, and business objectives.
Wireframing & User Flows (Day 2-5): ✔︎ Create low-fidelity wireframes and user flows to visualize the structure and flow of the design. ✔︎ optional_ Define key analytics metrics to track user interactions and measure the effectiveness of the design solution. ✔︎ Validate wireframes and user flows with stakeholders.
High-Fidelity Visual Designs (Day 6-9): ✔︎ Develop high-fidelity visual designs based on validated wireframes, incorporating branding elements and visual aesthetics. ✔︎ Ensure consistency and coherence across all screens and components of the design. ✔︎ Validate mockups with stakeholders.
Delivery & Handoff (End of Day 14): ✔︎ Deliver the final design assets to the client, including high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and design specifications. ✔︎ Provide documentation and support to assist with implementing the design into the development process.
The number of review requests is limited to 3 for this format. This ensures the project adheres to its projected time frame and sprint format, allowing for efficient progress and timely completion.

What's included

  • Lo-fi or Hi-fi fidelity wireframes

    Low-fidelity or high-fidelity representations of the user interface, illustrating the layout and structure of the design without focusing on visual details, organized by user flows. Optional: Identify key performance indicators and events through user flows to help you manage & track your products' analytics, helping to identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

  • High-fidelity Visual Designs

    High-fidelity designs that incorporate colors, typography, and visual elements to represent the final look and feel of the user interface. These will be delivered to you in an organized Figma file, optimized for developers.

  • Style Guides

    These documents provide a comprehensive overview of design elements and standards to maintain consistency across various screens and components.
