  I'll review your current site to provide quick wins and long term solutions.

• User research

  Do you need me to deep dive into competitors, industry benchmarks and what it is your customers really think?

• Wireframes and prototyping

  Based on the data and research i'll create wireframes to explore functionality and updated user journeys to help you determine project scope.

• Design - Discovery phase

  I'll provide three design options for you to review and develop with me. This will include 2 rounds of amends.

• Final designs

  After developing a clear design style i'll apply it to the wireframe. Included 2 rounds of amends.

• Hand over

  Once designs are approved i'll prepare the final designs for dev handover. Walking your development team through fully annotated designs to ensure an efficient build.

• QA

  I'll be on hand to review anything before go live and make any last minute changes in design if needs be, or trouble shoot with your development team.
