BRIEFING: Starting from a briefing meeting (30 minutes), we define the goals for the presentation, and how we will define success when using it. STORYLINE: Either based on existing storyline, or generating it from scratch, we create an outline of expected messaging and corresponding visuals.

ASSEMBLY: Putting together visual assets as part of the messaging, considering the pace and rhythm of the storyline.

TESTING CONSULTANCY: When required, we can collaborate con presentation rehearsal, script drafting, or additional implementations, in particular for LMSs.

FAQs

Do you have a slide limit?
The number of slides recommended dependes on the type of project. For pitch decks the standard is 20, but corporate or science reports can easily go over 100 slides. A pleasant pace matters more than the number of slides, and I can always help you to reach your goals.
What is your recommended format for presentations?
In large organizations PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and even LaTex have been traditionally common. Recently tools like Canva have eased the production and update of decks considerably. I have the experience to help you achieve your messaging regardless of the tool.
How long does ti take you to finish a deck?
It depends on the project and the resources available to produce it. Naturally short decks with no much technical information, and minimal revisions (i.e. a pitch deck), will be ready sooner than a large document that needs revisions from multiple contributors (i.e. a scientific report)
