Summary

Brand Collateral Design - Letterhead + Envelope + Business Card + 2 more items you like to get designed such as Notebook, Employee ID, Company Folder, Company T-shirt, Package Print etc.
I offer you 2 themes to choose from and once you review, I can make changes accordingly as per your preference.
I offer the following as my final files,
Vector Design files (AI/EPS)
Print-ready Files (AI/EPS/PDF)
High and Low resolution images (PNG/JPEG)
Brand Guidelines for collatorals.
Important Notes:
Revisions only include changes to a selected theme.
If you require to see more new themes, you will need to pay extra for the number of themes.
I charge 50% upfront on start (non-refundable) and the balance 50% once you approve the collaterals.
Once I receive the balance payment, I will send you the final files within 2 working days.

Process

Presentation
Based on the logo and brand graphic/s I create the number of agreed themes for the number of agreed collateral items. I will create the presentation with real life mock-ups for you to understand better.
Feedback/Revisions
This phase decides the project's closure or the requirement of potential modification/s. If revisions are needed, then such changes will be done based on the terms agreed previously.
Finalize
When a theme is approved by the client, I prepare the final files. Final files include the design files in vector format, print-ready files, high- and low-resolution images for print and digital purposes and Brand Guidelines Document.

FAQs

  • How many revisions/changes do I get?

    You get unlimited number of changes/revisions. However, these are changes on a selected theme, not new theme/s.

  • I'm not sure of the given themes. Can I get more new themes?

    You can request new themes with extra payment/s. Fee is determined based on the number of new themes that you'd like to see.

  • Should I pay upfront?

    Yes, you need to pay 50%.

  • When will I get the final files?

    Once you approve the collateral designs, you will be required to pay the balance 50%. Once I receive the balance payment, I will send you the final files within 2 working days.
