Onboarding Call: The initial consultation to understand the client's needs, goals, the scope of work, timeline and expectation. The preferred means of communication will be discussed too.
Tasks prioritization: All tasks will be broken down into small bits and prioritized based on urgency and importance.
Tasks Execution: All tasks agreed on will begin while also managing ongoing tasks.
Progress Tracking and Report: Client will be regularly updated on progress of tasks.
Review and Feedback: Client will give their review and feedback.
Completion of tasks and handovers: All tasks will be completed to the client's satisfaction and handover of all accounts, documents and folders will be done.
Ongoing support (optional): Client will be offered continued support if required at an agreed price.
