Simple answer? No. When I build an AI agent for clients, I built the agents to be tailored to them. That means flexibility in the LLM they choose (they could pick GPT, but also other models like Anthropic's Claude, open-source choices like Mistral, etc.), teaching the agents knowledge that about the client's data and how to speak in their desired tone, and the most powerful part: enabling customized and complex actions that allow the agents to transcend the level of what out-of-the-box GPTs and agents are capable of. Let's look at a use case for an HVAC company. Need it to talk to you customers with a human-like voice over the phone? Got it. Enable it to be able to schedule appointments on your calendar while it's on the problem? No problem. Have it send a text to the next available technician about the summary of the call and see if the customer's service can be filled ASAP? Done deal. This is one SMALL example of the types of powerful AI agents or automations that I can build for you. The possibilities are endless.

Absolutely. For projects that deal with more sensitive data, I typically will resort to custom-code approaches and working with open-source LLMs. That way, all data is handled in-house and is not touched by any third-parties. HIPAA and SOC-2 compliance can be ensured if needed for the project.

Yes. The technical details can always be hashed out later of how to approach this, but for most CRMs/softwares/platforms that businesses typically use will have no issue integrating into the AI agent(s) or system we build for you.
