FAQs

• What do you need from me to get started?

  I’ll need your brand colors, fonts, logo, imagery, page copy (or outline), and a list of the 5 pages you want. If anything’s missing, we can discuss stock imagery or copy help.

• How long will this Growth package take?

  Typically around 14-21 calendar days, assuming timely feedback and content from you. Delays in content or feedback may extend the timeline.

• How many revisions are included?

  This package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds or major scope changes will be quoted separately.

• Will the website work on mobile and different browsers?

  Yes—your site will be responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile. I’ll test it on major browsers (Arc, Chrome, Safari, Edge) to ensure functionality and layout are consistent.

• What is included in the “basic SEO setup”?

  For each page I’ll set a unique title tag and meta description, structure headings (H1/H2), verify site structure for SEO, and check mobile/speed readiness. Full SEO services (keyword research, ongoing optimisation) are not included.

• What’s not included in this package?

  Complex integrations such as large CMS setups with many items, full e-commerce, user-login areas or heavy custom scripting are excluded. More than 2 revision rounds and extra pages beyond the 5 are also extra.

• After launch, can I update the website myself?

  Yes—once live I’ll hand over the Framer project (or publish it) and provide documentation/training on how to update text and imagery. For ongoing maintenance or more complex edits we can discuss a support package.

• How is payment handled?

  A 50% deposit is required to start. Once the final approval is given, the remaining 50% is due before hand-off/publish.

• What happens if I decide I want more than 5 pages or additional features later?

  That’s totally fine—we can expand the scope. I’ll provide a quote for the extra pages or features, and we’ll handle it as an add-on so you can stay within budget and timeline.

• Can I see samples of your previous work before we start?

  Sure—I'll share website samples built with Framer (or equivalent). If you have websites you like, send them over and I’ll make sure the style and interactions align with your vision.
