Design in Figma — Full mockups for the main screens, responsive, with a basic style guide (typography, colours, components).

Development — Built in React + Vite, or plain HTML/CSS for simpler sites. Custom fonts, smooth motion, properly responsive across phone, tablet and desktop.

Deployment — Hosted on Netlify or your preferred host, with a domain setup walkthrough.

One round of revisions — One pass of adjustments after the first delivery.

Source code — Clean repo handed over, so you can bring in another dev later if you need to.
