I bring most clients into a private Slack channel for quick, private and efficient communication during each phase of your project. You will never wait days for an answer and we can both create checklists to keep track of our responsibilities during each phase.

If your project requires multiple weeks or months to complete, we will have a weekly check-in meeting to make sure we're on track to meet your deadline and review any and all revisions made. This keeps your project on time, moving forward and within scope.

Before we launch, a final audit and review is done together to make sure everything is exactly what you wanted and all is functional. This reduces/eliminates post-lauch issues that can delay your business goals.

At the end of each project, I deliver a complete list of all deliverables that were created and altered to your website or marketing materials. This way you have an inventory of updated for other team members so tasks are not duplicated or over written. No post-partum migraines.
