Intro chat: We'll talk about what it is you need. If you're not 100% of everything, that's okay! I'm here to help you figure it out.

Discovery: I'll take some time to understand your requirements and make sure start the project on the right foot.

Proposal: I'll create a proposal for your project. If the project has a specific deadline, the proposal will include a timeline as well as a functional specification from the perspective of a user - this helps to make sure I understand your requirements. I'll also outline the processes I use to get projects done.

Planning: In the background of the other steps, I'll have created a project plan which can be followed to get your project off the ground and into production.

Development: I'll build the project, taking care of all the technical bits. For longer projects, I'll be communicating regularly with updates and demos if required to make sure we're on the right track or pivot as needed.

Deployment: This step will happen often. As new features are created, they will be deployed so that you can see project progress as it's made. Once the project is completed and ready for handover, a final deployment will be done.

Handover: I'll hand over any project related documentation and provide training if needed.

Maintenance: Custom software projects need maintenance from time to time and I'm here to do that for you. If it's needed for your project, I'll propose a maintenance plan for the project.
