Phase I. Setback (Discovery)

Note: This phase doesn't guarantee you entering into a contract with Magysane. It is just an inquiry type of discovery call.
Phase II. Solutions (Onboarding)
Overview
Signed Engagement Letter and Deck → Billing Invoice → Down or Full Payment → Questionnaire and Vision Board → Discovery Call (Second)
Breakdown
Should you consider to further your interest in accepting our offers, welcome to our second phase– Solutions (Onboarding).
Affiliating to the initial meeting, we will send out our engagement letter (contract) and presentation deck consisting of:
Legal terms;
Payment Sections - 50% downpayment upon receipt of billing and invoice; and
Services to be rendered that has been agreed on.
Upon approval from your end through affixing your signature on our engagement letter, we will send out a questionnaire for details necessary for our Research and a link to upload your mood boards or inspirational photos that we can utilize as our guide.
Lastly, we will set-up the second Discovery call to tackle all the documents and links sent in cases of revisions to alleviate confusions from both parties.
Phase III. Modification
Overview
Brand Research → Creation of Outputs → Delivery Call (Revisions and Approvals of Drafts)
Breakdown
We will be optimizing our analysis from your answers and do a further Research of your brand.
At the end of this phase, we will send out a drafted version of deliverables and set-out another call to present the drafts subject for revisions through Zoom or Teams, and Figma or Tome.
Phase IV. Culmination
Overview
Collection of the Second Half of Payment → Official Receipt → Email (Final Approved Deliverables)
Breakdown
Before the formal and relaying of final outputs, official receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation of the 50% full payment after downpayment under Phase II.
All the necessary files and deliverables will be affixed as ZIP file to restrain the resolution from being degraded on the email and Contra message tab of the client.
