How the work runs:

Week 1 — I script and build it: the conversation flow, your business knowledge, the qualifying logic, calendar and CRM integration, and what happens when a call falls outside what the agent should handle.

Week 2 — we test it with real calls, listen to the recordings together, and tighten the places where it sounds wrong or asks the wrong thing. Voice work is won in this week, not the first one.
