• How involved am I in the branding process?

  I go beyond project completion. My expertise is available throughout every phase, from strategic planning to flawless execution. We'll tackle any obstacles together, ensuring your brand identity is implemented seamlessly. But our collaboration doesn't end there! I offer complimentary consultations at three, six, and twelve months after project completion. These calls are an opportunity to discuss your wins, and your brand's evolution, address new challenges, and get advice to keep your brand moving forward.

• How long does a project take?

  Project timelines depend on the complexity of your project and the number of deliverables involved. We'll discuss this in detail during our onboarding call to create a realistic timeline that aligns perfectly with your needs.

• What happens if I’m not satisfied?

  I'm committed to exceeding your expectations throughout the entire project. Open communication is key, so we'll have regular check-ins to ensure you're happy with the progress. In the unlikely event you're not satisfied, we'll work together to find solutions. If a mutually agreeable solution isn't possible, we can amicably part ways, and any funds paid towards the project would be refunded in half.

• How do I handle project delivery?

  Your final brand assets are delivered with ease and efficiency. I use a variety of secure delivery options, including Google Drive, design software like Figma or Canva, or even editable source files. We'll discuss your preferences to ensure a smooth workflow and effortless use of your new brand identity.
