How long does a project take?

What happens if I’m not satisfied?
I’m committed to exceeding your expectations with open communication and regular check-ins. If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll find solutions together. If no agreement is reached, we can part ways amicably, with a 50% refund of paid funds.
How do I handle project delivery?
Your final brand assets are delivered securely and efficiently via Google Drive, Figma, Canva, or editable source files, based on your preferences. We'll ensure a seamless workflow for effortless use of your new brand identity.

Brand Discovery & Strategy
We start by diving deep into your business—its goals, audience, and personality—to shape a brand story that resonates and stands out. Through a collaborative process, we build a strategic mood board that visually defines your brand’s direction, setting a clear creative tone for everything that follows.
Logo, colour & typography system
Your brand’s core visual identity is crafted with purpose. I will present two distinctive logo concepts, along with a refined colour palette and typographic system that express your brand’s voice and values. You’ll have up to two revision rounds to land on a final identity that feels just right.
Visual system & brand guideline
I will design a flexible, consistent visual system that works across all key brand touchpoints—social media, packaging, marketing, and merchandise. Everything is documented in an easy-to-use brand guideline, ensuring consistency as your brand grows.
Brand toolkit
You’ll receive all final assets (logos, icons, type, and templates) in formats optimized for both print and digital use. Everything is packaged for immediate implementation, so your brand is ready to launch or relaunch with confidence.
