Process

Discovery Call Let's talk about your business and your website goals. Here, I'm attentively listening to your pain points. Then, I tell you more about me, my background and my process. If we're a good fit, I'll propose a proposal for a custom solution.
Onboarding If you've chosen to go ahead, I'll invite you to a Notion portal where you'll be able to sign the terms of service and get your deposit invoice. Once onboarding is completed, we can kick-off the project 🚀
Research & Strategy I start with a Strategy call. Then, once we're aligned I will start researching your market and your competitors.
Website Design & Messaging When research is done, I'll create wireframes (the page structure) to map out the user journey. From there, I'll create a high fidelity mockup with content and copy, which I'll present to you to align on messaging and to gather your feedback on the visual direction and content structure.
Website Development When all revisions are done and you're happy with the design, content and copy, I'll start building the website in the chosen web builder, adding interactions and animations.
Deployment & Testing The next step is publishing the website privately to check that it looks good on all screen sizes, to test speed and to check for bugs and errors.
Website Launch & Post-Launch Support Once the website has been thoroughly tested, we can officially launch it 🙌 I will still be available to answer any questions, clear any doubts and fix any issues.

FAQs

  • How long do projects typically take?

    Every project is different and its duration can vary. Simple landing pages can take 3 weeks, whilst big websites with a backend can take up to 10 weeks.

  • What's your payment structure?

    Payment is split between 2 or 3 invoices, depending on the size and duration of the project. A deposit is always required to get started, while the remaining payments are set with clear milestones.

  • How will we communicate throughout the project?

    I see our collaboration as a partnership - we need to always be on the same page. I create a project tracker in your onboarding portal, so you'll always know at what stage we're at. I also like to run the revisions over a call, followed by documented feedback to ensure we're aligned and you're 100% happy with the results.

  • Do you offer maintenance and support?

    Yes, I can take care of updating your site after launch for a small monthly fee. We can agree on what updates to include and whether or not you'd like to have small design/content edits.
