Payment is split between 2 or 3 invoices, depending on the size and duration of the project. A deposit is always required to get started, while the remaining payments are set with clear milestones.
I see our collaboration as a partnership - we need to always be on the same page. I create a project tracker in your onboarding portal, so you'll always know at what stage we're at. I also like to run the revisions over a call, followed by documented feedback to ensure we're aligned and you're 100% happy with the results.
Yes, I can take care of updating your site after launch for a small monthly fee. We can agree on what updates to include and whether or not you'd like to have small design/content edits.
