    Desk research involves collecting pre-existing data from both internal and external sources. This includes information from past projects, customer journey maps, service blueprints, and workshops (e.g., design thinking, discovery) within the company. Attention is also given to external sources, such as internet searches and surveys previously conducted in related fields. The optimal sources are selected to align with company requirements and facilitate effective collaboration.

  • Kick-off online workshop

    During an extensive online kick-off workshop, we engage in a day of insightful queries and discussions to glean comprehensive answers. In this session, we employ a variety of methodologies and tools, including Team Canvas, Lean Canvas, Unique Value Proposition Canvas (UVP), Proto-Personas, and Personas, to explore different perspectives from stakeholders on key topics. These crucial areas of discussion include competitors and alternatives, target demographics and proto-personas, vital metrics (such as conversion types and SEO strategies), unique value propositions, channels, and the Customer Journey Map. This collaborative workshop not only allows us to prioritize project tasks and objectives but also establishes our communication framework, encompassing updates, the frequency of status calls, and the creation of dedicated Slack channels for streamlined interaction.

  • Analysis

    Following the workshop, we delve into accessible sources such as web analytics, entry, and desk research to analyze the information at hand. The data gathered aids in formulating a set of assumptions slated for future validation. At this juncture, anticipate engaging in competitor analysis and exploration of web analytics through platforms like Google Analytics, HotJar, and Mixpanel.

  • UX Strategy

    Utilizing the findings from our research, we formulate a UX strategy to guide the design and development process of the websites effectively. The crafted UX strategy for the company encompasses: A concise summary of the target group, Thorough competition analysis, Identification of persona or jobs-to-be-done (JTBD), Articulation of unique value propositions (UVP), Recommendations tailored for the new website, Architectural blueprint for the forthcoming webpages, Detailed User Journey Map and User Flow.

  • Information Architecture & User flow

    Information architecture illustrates the organization of content on a page through a visual diagram, while user flow demonstrates the process users undergo to complete specific tasks via the designed interface.   • Wireframes

  • Moodboard

  • Initial Design

    Once the moodboard, brand, and visual direction for the project are established, we proceed to craft the initial graphic representations of your website or other digital offerings. The graphic development process begins with the creation of the initial view. Collaboratively, we select which page will be designed first and plan its visual aesthetics. Typically, we conceptualize designs in two distinct styles. After generating the proposed designs, we convene a meeting to discuss and review them.

  • UI Design & Mockups

    Upon design approval, we proceed to craft visuals for additional subpages. Working within the framework of the established information architecture, tasks are segmented into individual flows and broken down into manageable, often weekly, stages. Sequentially, we supply the designed views, each grounded in the foundational wireframes.

  • Styleguide & Design System

    Once the graphic design of the product is finalized, it’s crucial to prepare proper documentation for developers and other designers who might contribute to the project's evolution. Based on the project’s requirements, we either craft a straightforward style guide or develop a comprehensive design system.
