During an extensive online kick-off workshop, we engage in a day of insightful queries and discussions to glean comprehensive answers. In this session, we employ a variety of methodologies and tools, including Team Canvas, Lean Canvas, Unique Value Proposition Canvas (UVP), Proto-Personas, and Personas, to explore different perspectives from stakeholders on key topics. These crucial areas of discussion include competitors and alternatives, target demographics and proto-personas, vital metrics (such as conversion types and SEO strategies), unique value propositions, channels, and the Customer Journey Map. This collaborative workshop not only allows us to prioritize project tasks and objectives but also establishes our communication framework, encompassing updates, the frequency of status calls, and the creation of dedicated Slack channels for streamlined interaction.
