Each organization is unique on how they implement Agile, I aim to balance the core principals of Agile with the realistic ways the business works.

As a product manager, I understand the "textbook" way to implement Agile is not realistic for your unique challenges. I will work with you to find a great balance and what works best for your organization.

Agile Framework Setup
Establishment of all necessary processes including quarterly planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Define roles and responsibilities for each member of the team. Set up work intake process, team structure, value flows, prioritization matrix, and agile implementation timeline. Set up JIRA or any other Agile tools for the organization.
Agile Training
Customized agile framework training for scrum masters, RTEs, product owners, and engineers.
Leadership and Stakeholder Communications
Set up communication tools for program updates with leadership team to maintain prioritization and understand progress.
