For teams with no SOPs, the process starts with defining SOPs for each team.

Product Requirement Documents are created for all your products for better communication across teams.

(On-going) Workload is divided into Epics, which will be further divided into stories/tasks to be executed on a sprint-wise fashion, with task management, sprint planning, and review meetings - all aimed at making your teams more and more effecient in executing their duties and getting your products out in time.
