This is the process I follow from our first kickoff call, all the way to design handover:

Outline app structure and layout with wireframes.
Present design concepts for your feedback and approval.

4. Collaboration and Iteration
Objective: Refine designs based on your feedback and ensure alignment.

Present designs and prototypes for your review.
Incorporate your feedback to iterate on designs.
Ensure designs are user-friendly and meet accessibility standards.
Maintain clear communication throughout the process.
5. Finalization and Handoff
Objective: Prepare final designs and documentation for development.
Activities:
Finalize design elements and ensure consistency.
Create design specifications and guidelines for developers.
Compile all assets into a handoff package.
Conduct a meeting with developers to facilitate a smooth transition.
