Projection Mapping Show — Facade, Room or StageAbanoub Adel
Turn any surface into a story. 🏛️💡
I design and deliver projection mapping shows for facades, rooms, runways, stages and objects — content composed to the architecture, so the space itself becomes part of the story.
Who it's for: cultural institutions, brands, event producers and venues planning a launch, anniversary, festival or immersive event.
What I handle:
Content design — archival collage, generative visuals, kinetic typography, scenography
Mapping — single facades to full 360° multi-projector rooms
Technical planning — projector placement, coverage, media server and show control
On-site mapping and quality control
Recent work: a 75th-anniversary facade show for the Jesuit Cultural Center in Alexandria, a 360° runway for the Italian Cultural Institute in Cairo, and a 360° typography pathway for Town Writers.
Process:
Site survey — photos, measurements or a 3D model of the surface
Story and storyboard
Content production and pre-visualisation
Mapping and programming
On-site alignment, rehearsal and show
