My user research typical includes personas, competitive analysis, analytical data, information architecture analysis, usability testing reports, heuristic evaluations, a/b testing, first click testing, ethnography studies, qualitative and quantitative research, surveys, ecosystem mapping and study and more.
Front End Development
I am also proficient in HTML/CSS and can take on the task of building my designs.

I am proficient in building a brand/identity guidelines, including brand language and story, logo, type font, visual patterns for both print and digital properties, and photography.
