Yes, additional hours can be accommodated based on my availability and will be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate outside of the retainer.
The full retainer fee is due on the 1st of each month, and work will begin once payment is received.
A minimum of 15 days' notice is preferred if you wish to cancel the retainer.
Branding services (such as brand strategy and identity development) and website design are excluded from this retainer.
