How many hours does the retainer cover?
The retainer includes 48 hours of my availability each month. If you require more or fewer hours, we can discuss and create a tailored package to suit your needs.
What time zone will the retainer work in?
The work schedule will align with your time zone and my availability to ensure seamless collaboration.
Can I request extra hours if needed?
Yes, additional hours can be accommodated based on my availability and will be billed at an agreed-upon hourly rate outside of the retainer.
How does payment for the retainer work?
The full retainer fee is due on the 1st of each month, and work will begin once payment is received.
What’s the notice period to cancel the retainer?
A minimum of 15 days' notice is preferred if you wish to cancel the retainer.
What tasks are not included in the retainer?
Branding services (such as brand strategy and identity development) and website design are excluded from this retainer.
