About this service

Summary

Depending on the need, I can provide immediate support for recruiting and talent teams.

After an initial kick-off call (30-45 minutes) we will determine how best I can support your recruiting team: sourcing, interview screening, or full-cycle recruiting.

Project Engagement may include a combination of the following tasks.

  • Sourcing via LinkedIn, ATS, other job boards, etc.
  • Phone screening candidates to make sure they meet minimum expectations
  • Provide full-cycle recruiting services per requisition or department
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks/projects related to recruiting

Hours Per Week: Given the need of your team, I like to provide at least 10 hours per week for biggest impact/ROI and experience for the team and candidates.

Project Length: Minimum 2 weeks of engagement is recommended, with 4 weeks being the target engagement time frame. Longer engagements, and changing projects are available based on your team's needs, and availability.
