1. Monthly Planning Call We meet briefly at the start of each month to discuss themes, promotions, and content priorities.

2. Content Direction I create a light monthly strategy outline to ensure everything feels cohesive and on-brand.

3. Content Design You receive 12 custom posts designed using your existing brand identity.

4. Review + Refinement We refine your monthly content with up to two rounds of revisions.

5. Scheduling Once approved, your posts will be uploaded and scheduled in Loomly (or preferred tool) so your content publishes automatically.

6. Final Delivery All content is stored in an organized folder for easy access anytime.

7. Ongoing Support You’ll have message access for questions, updates, or small tweaks.
