About this service

Summary

Together, we will create an ecosystem of brand assets that will tell the story of your brand. I believe it’s imperative to create a brand that stands the test of time, which is why together we will create something uniquely you, helping you to stand out against the crowd.

Process

The Process:
Discovery call - we will spend half an hour to one hour discussing your business and your requirements for the project. I will then ask/send you a set of questions via questionnaire for you to answer in your own time to do a deeper dive into your needs and deliverables.
Mood boards - After our discovery call and your questionnaire results, I will begin mood boarding your new brand.
First pass - After initial mood boarding is complete, I will begin creating the first pass for your new brand identity.
First pass review - We will meet again to discuss the initial routes for your branding. Feedback will be required from you after the first pass review to continue to the next stage.
Second pass - After feedback is received, I will continue to refine the designs relevant to your feedback.
Second pass review - We will meet again to discuss the designs in their refined state, and feedback is encouraged at this point.
Final pass - The final design stage is carried out after your second round of feedback is received.
Final pass review - The final feedback call between us will happen, in which I will ask for your third, and final round of feedback.
Final design stage - I will then finalise the designs and start creating any outstanding assets and file suites for delivery.
File delivery - As long as no additional feedback is required (as discussed at the start of the project), I will compress the file suite and send it over to you as required.

What's included

  • Full Logo Suite

    A full suite of logo files, including PNG, SVG, EPS and JPG in varying colour ways as discussed during the project. These files may vary by project, and can range from a singular logo, to a couple of variations for different use cases - this may include a symbol logo for use on social media if required.

  • Mini or Full Brand Guidelines/ Style Guide

    An in depth look at how to effectively use your new branding, consisting of logo usage, colour guidelines and typography choices and their use cases. This may also contain image or illustration usage, and social media style guidelines dependant on the needs of your new brand. This will also contain the general design aesthetic guidelines for your brand as discussed throughout the project.

  • Business Cards

    As part of the brand identity suite, business cards are a key deliverable for your brand. Included will be the PDF file for you to send to your printers, which can be altered to the needs of your printers as desired.

  • Stationary Design/ Brand Collateral

    As part of the brand identity suite, stationary design is included as we see appropriate. This includes, but not contained to - flyer and publication design, letterheads, lanyard badges, event banners. This is flexible, depending on the needs of your project.

  • Social Media Content (project dependant)

    A social media file suite may be included if your new brand requires a revitalised or new online presence. This will include a suite of drag and drop files to get your brand off the ground, and can additionally include a suite of template files for you to create your own social media content in the future.

  • Illustration Suite (project dependant)

    An illustration file suite may be included in your project if we feel like it's appropriate for your new brand. This would include appropriate files to drag and drop into your designs across a number of software programs.

  • Graphics Suite (project dependant)

    Varying on project, a graphics file suite may be included in the final brand identity package. This would include appropriate files to drag and drop into your designs across a number of software programs.

  • Presentation Design (project dependant)

    Depending on the needs of your project, you may need a new presentation template for your brand. This will be included in a file format that most suits your needs as a business.

  • Publication Design (project dependant)

    Publication design files may be a need for your project. In this case, a suite of files can be created, ready to be sent off to the printers of your choice. This includes advertising, both offline and online, magazine and booklet design, menus and other traditional offline mediums.

  • Other deliverables (project dependant)

    The above list is not exhaustive, as every brand should be treated differently as you may require a different set of deliverables to another. If you require something not on the list, get in touch as I would love to discuss what else you might require.
