Summary

A hands-on, two-hour strategy workshop designed to uncover your real design priorities. We’ll identify your audience’s behaviors, surface hidden pain points, and translate them into clear next steps. You’ll walk away with your STAR Card · a crafted synthesis of key insights and action items you can act on immediately.

Process

1. Pre-Session Prep You’ll receive a brief intake form to share context about your business, challenges, and goals. This helps tailor our conversation and ensure we make the most of your session time.
2. Discovery Workshop (Live) A guided two-hour conversation where we use Socratic questioning to uncover motivation, intent, and opportunity. I’ll lead the session through a sequence of exercises to map your needs and potential design directions.
3. Synthesis & Reflection After the session, I’ll analyze your notes and distill everything into a structured STAR statement (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
4. STAR Card Delivery You’ll receive your branded STAR Card · either as a beautifully designed PDF or interactive Craft page · summarizing your session, insights, and 2–3 recommended action items to explore next.

    The live session lasts two hours, with additional time for prep and post-session reflection.

  • What do I need to bring?

    No prep required · just bring your curiosity and any background materials you think might help (optional). I’ll guide the rest.
