What's UX Consultation?

UX Consultation takes a step back from UI/UX Design and focuses solely on finding what's the current pain point, what solutions are out there and which one suits you the best.

Why UX Consultation?

While having a beautiful design can make a website or application stand out, a great UX keeps it running. Having a good concept is king and will be the fundament of the project in the long term.

How does it work?

Throughout the process, there will be a couple of steps we will follow to make the project run as smoothly as possible.

Project Brief & Goal Setting - First Meeting You'll brief me about your project. This includes the current state, where you want to get, and what you think might be or could become a problem in the future

Project Exploration In this step, I will take a closer look at the project and mentally go through the main user flow, test the core functionality, and I'll think about what apps or websites exist out there that might already have a solution for your problem

Competitor Analysis & Research - Second Meeting I will take a closer look at how competitors solve this issue, collect my research, and create a Deck for you with my findings. After we've gone through this collection and you gave me constructive feedback on it, we'll move on

Low Fidelity Sitemap, User Flow & OOUX - Third Meeting Moving toward the visual phase I will create a sitemap, the main user flow, and depending on what suits the project best I will add an

objective-oriented UX

Iteration & Fleshing Out the Details It's important to have a constant back-and-forth between you and me. We'll iterate until we're both satisfied with the result.

Hand Off - Last Meeting After collecting everything we've discussed, I'll collect and organize everything and hand over the agreed deliverables.
