After filling up our inquiry form, we’ll reach out to you via e-mail to schedule a 30 to 60-min FREE discovery call. During this call, we’ll get to know more about your business. We’ll discuss your goals and pain points in detail, analyze the current state of your business vs where you want it to be, and explore the ways we can help you achieve those goals through branding.

Once you’ve decided on your investment of choice, the contract has been signed, and the invoice has been settled, we’re now ready to get you on board!

During this phase, we’ll send you a customized Welcome Kit and your very own Client Portal. This is where you’ll see the project scope, project timeframe, meeting schedules, questionnaires you’ll be answering, and all other info regarding the project so you can have something to refer to during the whole process.

Before we start with the actual design process, we'll have a kick-off call to conceptualize and plan the creative direction of your brand identity to make sure that we're on the same page, and to ensure that we're targeting the right audience with our design.
