Whether it’s an abandoned cart, resource download, or webinar registration, I’ll set up a 3-part email automation that’s clean, responsive, and built to convert, delivered directly into your Mailchimp or HubSpot setup.

Process

Discovery & Brief We'll kick off with a short call or brief to understand your goal, platform, and audience.
Mapping the Flow I’ll help you define your automation logic — what triggers it, how many steps, and what each message should do.
Design Each email will be visually designed in your preferred format, with 2 rounds of revision to refine layout and tone.
Development Emails will be hand-coded in HTML, optimised for dark mode and mobile, and tested for reliability.
Setup & Handoff I’ll implement your automation directly in Mailchimp or HubSpot, test the journey, and leave everything ready to go live.

What's included

  • Automation Strategy Plan

    We’ll map your user journey and define the automation logic together, including triggers, timing, and messaging for up to 3 emails. You’ll receive a clear flowchart or outline ready for implementation.

  • Emails Designed

    I’ll create visual designs for your automation in Figma, XD or Photoshop — tailored to your brand and designed for clarity and performance. Includes 2 rounds of design revisions.

  • Emails Coded & Tested

    Fully responsive HTML emails, dark mode ready and accessibility-checked. I’ll test across major devices and email clients, and provide production-ready code and image assets.

  • ESP Setup & Automation Build

    Your automation will be implemented and scheduled directly in Mailchimp or HubSpot. This includes setting up logic, adding content, and testing the full journey before launch.
